Care, and not fine stables, makes a good horse.
- Danish Proverb
Epona stable is a smaller private barn with a riding ring and board available to
students in our weekly riding lesson program or for horses in training at Epona.
Boarding at Epona is a hands-on experience in a communal
environment. To keep the board rates lower, everyone helps out. Our aim is to provide our horses with
as natural an environment as possible for calm, relaxed and happy animals.

Three kinds of boarding options exist: Self board, pasture board (as available) and full board.
Boarding includes a lunging area, riding ring, stall and paddock (self/full) and tack/hay storage. Pasture board
includes turn-out on the property's fields.
Riding trails
are also being made in the dense acreage of woods that surround the property.
